Family-friendly Playground events
At the Catit Playground, it’s not the children who get to play – it’s the kittens! In May 2018, Catit USA turned a venue in Manhattan, NYC into a paradise for adoptable kittens. While visitors could shop Catit products, enjoy entertainment, and have a drink or a snack, the kittens could play to their heart’s content while waiting to be adopted. And guess what- they all found a fur-ever home!
This concept has since gone international, and similar Catit Playground events have been hosted in Toronto, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Munich, and many places more! The 2023 Boston edition even led to over one hundred applications for adoption. A huge success indeed!
Cat-tastic donations
In addition to raising awareness and helping cats get adopted, Catit USA donates food, litter, toys, and treats to shelters and rescue organizations on a regular basis to help them give the very best care to cats in need. Our US team even partners with influencers to help shelters get the resources they need.
Event sponsor
Catit USA proudly sponsors various amazing cat-themed events, such as the ‘Get Your Licks On Route 66 adoption tour’ and the CFA Cat Shows. In both instances, Catit USA provides much-needed supplies, offers coupons, and provides the kitties that found their fur-ever home with an adoption kit. A new best friend and some swag – awesome, right!
Social media presence
Finally, Catit USA continually tries to encourage the general public to support their local shelter through various clever initiatives. This past Holiday season, #CatitGivingTree was launched. For every time this hashtag was used, Catit USA donated food and treats to shelters. After all, every cat deserved to be treated like a true king or queen!
